Pearl Arjomand, BHSc (Hons), ND
Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine
Pearl attended the University of Western Ontario where she received an honors specialization degree in Health Sciences and a minor in French. She then completed a four year intensive program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Integrating eastern philosophies and utilizing modern western diagnostic tools, Pearl integrates a wide range of modalities to address the unique health needs of each patient. Through the use of natural therapies such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, clinical nutrition, homeopathy, acupuncture, lifestyle counseling and botanical medicine, she strives to address the root causes of disease and provides her patients with individualized treatment plans to achieve long lasting health.
Pearl strongly believes that there is more to an illness than just the physical symptoms; as such, she places strong emphasis on addressing not only the mind-body connections, but also exploring and addressing the emotional and energetic connections to health. This holistic form of health care aims to treat the whole person, taking into account all determinants of health. Her passion lies in working with and educating individuals to take ownership of their health through understanding the relationship between lifestyle choices and health. Her practice caters to individuals of all ages, walks of life, and cultural backgrounds.
Pearl completed her clinical training at the Robert Shad Naturopathic Clinic, and also completed a four month rotation at Queen West Public Health Clinic in Toronto.
Pearl is willing and looks forward to collaborate with other health care professionals as part of your personal healthcare team.
