Traditional Chinese Medicine
This system of medical treatment is over 2,000 years old. It includes the use of acupuncture, eastern herbs and dietary changes to balance body functions.
Traditional Chinese Medicine is based on the theory that all existence and activities, including health and disease, can be explained by the constant interaction of two universal forces: Yin and Yang. Diseases arise when the disequilibrium of these forces occur. Eastern herbs may be given in the form of pills, tinctures, or strong teas to be taken internally or use externally as a wash.
